Beautiful stone restored farmhouse with private pool situated in the heart of the Chianti Classicio region. This villa provides a nice furnished pergola with barbecue ideal for al-fresco dining. The pool is above ground and is approx. 20 m from the house away.
The house offers welcoming interiors and is tastefully furnished in a rustic style. All around the property there are beautiful olive groves and vineyards and most of the charming Chianti villages (Greve in Chianti, Gaiole, Castellina in Chianti, Panzano etc.. are within 30 minutes.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Mercatale with general stores 5 km away, Panzano 8 km, Greve in Chianti 8 km, Florence (airport) 30 km, San Gimignano 36 km away, Siena 51 km away, Pisa (airport) 87 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with above-ground swimming-pool (5 x 10 m – depth 1,4 m - open from 15/04 to 30/10) for the sole use of the guests, charming pergola providing tables, chairs and barbecue.

Maid service by arrangement (€ 7, / per hour to be paid on the spot). Upon request it is possible to arrange dinners to taste nice local recipes (€ 25,- / per person – drinks excluded), cooking classes (€ 30,- / per person with a minimum of 4 participants), wine tasting (€ 10,- / per person with a minimum of 4 participants).
Baby sitting service upon request (€ 10,- / per hour).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week (payment on site).
