Joli complexe composé par 4 appartements et par la maison des propriétaires situé en position panoramique sur les collines aux alentours des Florence, qui se trouve à seulement 10 Km de distance. San Romolo jouit d’ une belle vue sur Florence et grâce à une restauration soignée suivie personnellement par les propriétaires est devenue une propriété très accueillante et confortable.
Les appartements sont meublés avec gout en style rustique typique Toscan. Une belle piscine est située à env. 50 mètres de la maison et peut être utilisée par les hôtes des 4 appartements.
L’ accès à la propriété se fait par une route non-asphaltée mais en bon état.
Au moment de leur arrivée les hôtes trouveront dans l’ appartement de l’ eau, du lait, des biscuits etc..
Distances: Villamagna et San Romolo avec magasins alimentaires à env. 1 km, Bagno a Ripoli avec commerces variés à 6 km, le centre de Florence à 11 km, Sienne à 75 km, San Gimignano à 60 km, Pise à env. 100 km.
A disposition des hôtes: jardin équipé, piscine en commun entre les hôtes de la structure (12m x 6 m – profondeur maximal 1,5 m – ouverte du 01/05 au 30/9). Les appartements sont tous dotés de moustiquaires, TV satellitaire et connexion Internet (il n’ y pas ADSL). Parking dans la propriété.
Services supplémentaires: lit pour bébé disponible gratuitement. Lit supplémentaire à une place (€ 50,-/semaine). Sur demande et selon la disponibilité possibilité d’ organiser des cours de yoga.

San Romolo 1 was a truly lovely property and the highlight of our two week tour of Italy. The villa is very nice inside - neat and clean with all the general conveniences and the views are spectacular! The owners are two of the sweetest people you could meet and though they speak little english, we were able to get along just fine. Suzanna, a resident of the property, speaks fluent english and was a great help to us as a friend and interpretor. I would hiighly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay away from the hussle and bussle of Firenze. We are so appreciative for the opportunity to stay here and felt right at home.
Peaceful, quiet area, great apartments. The owners loved children, and our 15 month old had a great time there, running round the grounds, and playing in the pool. The pool starts off with a few steps which was perfect for him to stand in, and warm enough that he could stand and play on the steps.
Geweldig, de gastvrijheid van Pauolo en Laura! Wat een geweldige lieve, echte mensen. Locatie ligt wel iets afgelegen met moeilijk stuk begaanbare weg maar daar ben je binnen 2 dagen aan gewend. Prachtig appartement, schitterend ingericht met alles erop en eraan.
Firenze (Florence) in de nabijheid (15 min) maar daar is het heerlijk rustig en adembenemend mooi. Wij hebben genoten.
We have just returned home from an unforgettable week in San Romolo. The property was beautiful, the apartment well equipped and clean, the hostesses extremely friendly and helpful. We will return!

This was a gorgeous place to stay nestled in the Florentine hills. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a typically Tuscan style. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. Even though we spoke on Italian, and she no English, we managed to communicate well enough. We were traveling with 4 young children 8/7/6/2 years, and they couldn't have been happier with the gorgeous pool and the beautiful olive groves that overlooked Florence and the Duomo. What a lovely place for us to explore Tuscany from and we couldn't have found more helpful and friendly hosts or lovely oil. Thank you
