DESCRIPTION DE LA PROPRIETE:
Belle grange récemment restaurée située en position tranquille et panoramique sur les collines autour de la très belle petite ville médiévale de San Gimignano. La maison est indépendante avec un très joli espace extérieur équipé et avec vue panoramique sur la campagne environnante.
La grange a été restaurée avec soin en maintenant son aspect originaire et meublé de façon très confortable.
Les hôtes de Casa Simona au-delà de se détendre dans l’un des endroits les plus suggestifs de la Toscane, pourront visiter les célèbres centres d'intérêt voisins comme San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Sienne, Florence et les bourgs caractéristiques du Chianti.
L’accès à la propriété se fait par une route non asphaltée, mais en bon état.
Distances: le beau petit village médiéval de San Gimignano avec commerces variés à 3 km, Poggibonsi et Certaldo (gare ferroviaire) à 10 km, Sienne à 40 km, Florence (aéroport) à 50 km.
A disposition des hôtes: jardin équipé avec belle vue panoramique, barbecue, belle piscine privée partialement couverte de forme irrégulière (ouverte du 01/05 au 30/09, profondeur maximal 1,6 m).
Buanderie avec machine à laver, ferre et planche à repasser. Parking dans la propriété.
Services supplémentaires: lit pour bébé disponible pour € 30,- / semaine (à régler sur place).
Sur demande, il est possible de demander un service de nettoyage pour € 10,- / heure (à régler sur place).

| We had a great time at Casa Simona. The villa is beautiful and well kept, the scenery is wonderful. We are a family of 5 and it was spacious and comfortable for us. The owners were very helpful to us and freindly. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking meals |

| Casa Simona is a beautiful peacful and well equipped villa. The owners can't do enough for you and upon request of extra fans, they arrived on the same day with two new ones for us. The only problem was that it isnt toddler friendly so if you have a small child be aware its all stone steps and the high drops from surrounding (unfilled fences) Siobhan UK |

We are a family of 5 that stayed at Casa Simona during December and it was wonderful. The owners were extremely welcoming and charming and the villa itself is wonderful - very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend it.

| We loved Casa Simona - very pretty house with fab views. Extremely well presented and clean on arrival and welcome pack of wine, milk and breakfast goods was a nice touch. Great location - easy driving distances from lots of interesting places such as Siena, Volterra and Florence. Susan, Ipswich. |

A wonderfully comfortable home with all that we needed for a perfect holiday. Pool was fantastic, especially the under cover bit for cooling down in the hot summer. Fabulous views and perfect peace and quiet.Close but not too near San Gimingnano so perfect for day trips around. Got lost getting there first day - could do with better directions. Pool was bigger than we thought - a good thing! Everything provided - website didn;t say towels provided which would have helped the packing!

| Casa Simona was a delight. Although the road to the property is more of a rough track at the end of it sits Casa Simona with the most glorious views over the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself is lovely, very clean and with modern fittings. It would possibly not be suitable for very small children as the stairs to the first floor are stone tiled. Simona and her husband are lovely and were very concerned that we enjoyed our stay. All the essentials were there for us, coffee, tea, milk, water, bread and even some chocolates, biscuits and beer. Very thoughtful and very welcoming especially as we didn't arrive until about 5.30pm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it at all. The only downside we felt was that another bathroom would be useful if there were 2 couples and as the temperature was 30C we would have loved a fan in the bedroom. If we were in the area again we would go back to Casa Simona. |
