DESCRIPTION DE LA PROPRIETE:
Pour la location d'un appartement près de Siennes (Toscane), choisissez cette gracieuse ferme en pierre, récemment rénovée et aménagée en appartements. La propriété est située sur les collines du Chianti et jouit d'une très belle vue sur la campagne toscane.
Distances: Poggibonsi avec commerces variés à 4 km, la fameuse petite ville de San Gimignano avec ses tours médiévales à 14 km, Castellina in Chianti à 16 km, Sienne à env. 30 km, Florence à 40 km.
La maison est entourée d'un grand jardin avec des arbres fruitiers et des oliviers.
A disposition des hôtes: piscine (6 x 12 m - ouverte du 1/04 au 31/10) équipée avec meubles de jardin, barbecue et four a bois en commun.
Petite buanderie en commun. Chaque appartement dispose d'un espace extérieur privé équipé avec table et chaises. Parking dans la propriété.
Services supplémentaires: Lit pour bébé disponible sur demande (€ 25,- / par semaine) à payer sur place.
Possibilité de louer des bicyclettes. |

| The owners were more than hospitable and the conditions were perfect. We have no bad comments about the place and we would like soon to visit it again. |

The property was in an idyllic location, away from it all and so peaceful. Sat Nav took us most of the way but not far enough-straight to the drive, but we got there.
Villa itself was a bit basic, no kettle, had to boil a pan to make a drink, but we managed! Would suggest the owners buy new pillows as 1/2 inch thickness is not much comfort. Bedding and towels were old and worn.
Very disappointed that the pool was too cold to swim in, I am a regular swimmer and can swim in most pools/heat but 17degrees was just too cold for comfort. The sun did not reach the pool until about 14:00 each day in September, so not warming it up enough.
Although I have stated some negatives, overall the holiday was well worth it and this should not deter you from booking this villa. You don't take all your own home comforts away with you! Tuscany and this setting was wonderful. The owners do not speak any English and we communicated with an Italian/English dictionary but we did laugh about this. |

Podere Val di Gallo is a very nice and very neat property. It is well equipped with a very nice pool, a good kitchen, a barbecue and lots of places to sit all around the property.
The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing. You are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
It´s a perfect place to relax!!! The owners Marcello and Marisa are very hospitable and helpful.
Furtheron Poggibonsi, the town nearby the property is easily to arrive and offers all important facilities like supermarkets etc.
Val di Gallo is very good located, so it is very easy to reach all important places of tuscany and chianti like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Castellina, Radda or Greve in about one hour.
We enjoyed our visit at Val di Gallo very much and would always decide to go there again.

| Our stay at Val di Gallo was more than we expected. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. The property was very well maintained and lovely. We highly recommed Val di Gallo as a travel "hub" for visiting Tuscany. Poggibonsi is easily accessible to highways and centrally located to visit major cities. |

| La signora Marisa e il signor Marcello sono persone gentilissime e di grande senso dell’ospitalità. Il servizio è ottimo e il ragù della signora Marisa spaziale. La proprietà è fantastica, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e passare un periodo in mezzo al verde, ma anche per chi vuole girare la bella Toscana. Un posto strategico. |
