Belle propriété composée de 3 anciennes constructions rurales, complètement restructurées avec soins en respectant les caractéristques de l'architecture d'origine et aménagées avec goût en 6 accueillants appartements et une originale petite maison indépendante.
Position panoramique au cœur des collines du Chianti florentin.
Distances: Certaldo avec commerces variés et funiculaire pour rejoindre le petit bourg médiéval à 4 km, San Gimignano avec ses fameuses tours à 11 km, Volterra à 25 km, Florence à 35 km, Sienne à env. 40 km.
Un manège se trouve à env. 2 km.
A disposition des hôtes: jardin équipé, piscine en position panoramique (14 x 7 m - profondeur maximale 1,80 m - ouverte du 01/05 au 30/09) en commun avec les propriétaires et barbecue en commun.
Une route départementale passe à quelques mètres de la propriété. Parking dans la propriété.
Services extra à demander au moment de la réservation et à payer sur place:aide domestique (€ 12,-/h.), petit lit bébé (€ 30,-/semaine), lit supplémentaire à une place (€ 120,-/semaine, lave-linge (€ 8,-/lavage). |

| Really good value. We were expecting a much smaller and less spacious villa
Stunning amid the beatiful Tuscan Holls. Very pleasant and just the right distance from Certaldo.They were extremely helpful and the one problem of our own making was dealt with within 15 minutes |

| Casa Rossa 3 is a small, but very nice villa. The pool is as close as can be; looking out the window, you see it lying underneath, so very convenient if you have smaller kids.

| Beautiful setting and great apartment. We stayed in apartment 1 with its own little front and back garden. Perfect for our 19 month old to run around. Only complaint is that there was no kettle. Difficult to heat up bottles for babies with no kettle. |

| The villa was top class and the owners were very friendly.The pool was amazing, and even the BBQ was great.The villa was spotless when we arrived and we had clean towels on each bed, then at the end of week one a new batch of towels and sheets arrived it was great.
The area was great and the locals were also very friendly.There are lots of great places to eat and the prices are very cheap but the quality of the food is top class.The villa was even better then the website showed.The kitchen was really big with lots of pot and pans and glasses.Both bathrooms we very clean and had lots of space.
We got lost trying to find the Villa but the owner drove out and met us and showed us the way back.
Each room was great and each bed was very comfortable.
The nicest pool I have ever used, and every night a pool cleaning robot cleans the pool
I liked it so much that I may even go back next year. |

| We had a excellent stay at Casa Rossa. The only disappointment was that the pool was not available for the whole time we were there. (Pool was covered up) |
