La propriété est composée d'une ferme en pierre et de 2 dépendances, toutes datant du XVème siècle, soigneusement restaurées en respectant l'architecture d'origine et décorées avec goût.
Ameublement de style rustique avec quelques pièces anciennes. Air conditionné. Propriété clôuturée.
Distances: Tavarnelle di Cortona avec épicerie à 500 m, Camucia avec commerces variés à 2 km, Cortona à 3 km, Arezzo à 30 km, Pienza, Pérouse et Sienne se trouvent dans un rayon de 50 km.
Le Lac Trasimène avec ses plages équipées est atteignable en 15 minutes de voiture.
A disposition des hôtes: grand jardin équipé avec tables et chaises, piscine privée (12 x 6 m - profondeur maximale 1,40 m - ouverte du 01/05 au 15/10), tonnelle, ping-pong, 2 vélos (gratuit), 2 balançoires,barbecue et four à bois.
Accès à Internet. Mini Volley.2 Chiases d'enfant. Parking couvert dans la propriété. Sèche-cheveux, grille électrique, coffre-fort, air conditionné (selon consommation).
Services extra à demander au moment de la réservation et à payer sur place: aide domestique (€ 15,-/h), repas toscans (prix à définir).
Les chambres sont dotées d'air conditionné (paiement sur place). Sur demande possibilité de louer 2 lits supplémentaires à une place (€ 50,-/semaine/lit), 2 petit lits bébé (€ 50,-/semaine).
Le soir de l’arrivée, apéritif de bienvenue accompagné d’amuse-gueules toscans.

| Fabulous !!! This property is everything that you can imagine is Tuscany . The location is perfect for day trips to hill towns and larger cities. The owner is terrific and will cater to your every needs. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, and the outdoor kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals which we ate at the outdoor table. I can't think of one negative comment. The pictures on the website are true and the property is exactly as advertised. ENJOY !! |

The villa and grounds are lovely and private with great views. Owner very sweet and eager to please in spite of language barrier. For 3 couples we each had our own floor which afforded a lot of privacy but the house easily accomodates more. The outside kitchen is a great gathering space and fully equipped for cooking at home. We loved it. It is about a 15 min drive to Cortona.

| This is a great villa for a group holiday. The house and grounds are actually better than the photos show. The location is close to Cortona, although too far to walk uphill, but centrally located for short side trips to the hilltop villages throughout this part of Tuscany. The owner is friendly and helpful, suggesting side trips and recommending local wineries and restaurants. Highly recommended. |

Wonderful, well-kept and tastefully decorated villa in beautiful surroundings. Great kitchen and pool area.
We found it just perfect being situated in the out-skirts of a small village, close to Cortona, but yet with great views in every direction and only distant traffic noise that didn't bother at all.
We can easily recommend the villa, and would definetly concider renting the same villa again some time.
